How to Use Smilies and Emoticons in Chat

"Smilies" and "Emoticons" are small graphical images that can be used to convey an emotion, thought or feeling. Certain standard strings are automatically converted into smilies. You are invited to use them in the room while chatting, but please be respectful and do not scroll, nor play when the room is busy or someone is sharing an experience.
