Hi everyone (this isnt in any way an attempt by me to become reinstated at your sight. i just thought that this might be the decent thing to do if u believe me u do or you dont it doesnt matter to me anymore ) Even though some or many of you might not believe my story. I felt that it might be wrong not to share this information with you. When i was a member i read messages asking questions about Shadow figures. I can't remember if there was ever a answer to what they were. Apon searching for help with my encounters i contacted someone who is a expert in these matters. He told me that these beings are one of two things. They are definately not ghosts. The two possibilities that they are: an unborn spirit or a demon. Depending on how they react towards you will tell you what they are. Apon giving him some information about my back ground and the things i have seen it may have been a um born spirit that touched me when i told many of you about my encounter. I stoped seeing that particular shadow figure when i became pregnant. After that there are others that come. Also that if they wanted to hurt me they would have done so by now. I was told by this person who is helping me not to show fear and to rely on my faith as a weapon. The information that is in green is what he said i should do. faith is your weapon against this spirit. For you to keep it away you have to create a place that it won't feel welcome. If you haven't been baptized you should do it as soon as possible as well as your child. I would also recommend that you make your sleeping areas a holy place by having it blessed or blessing it your self. Do not show fear because if it was going to cause you harm it would have done so already. I think it's using your body when you sleep because you mentioned that you scream and have night mares that you do not remember That is all i have for now. if u want further proof that what i just typed is true i will see if i can post the entire email from who sent it to my recieving it. I am doing this because i dont want anyone feeling the way i felt for a long time. Ever since that night when i was at ghostchatters.com and typed what was happening to me. They do not come as often. I am still a little scared but i try not to show fear and they go away. I am currently working on a way to photograph these things and posting them to show that even though my experience may be hard to believe it happened. I hope everyone has a blessed day/night/life, mistic p.s. I am still communicating with this person so get further assistance. And also if you are trying to communicate with these entities in anyway STOP that is only weaking you more for their presence and possible attacks. Doing that gives them an opening in you defences allowing them to enter and possibly harming you. when i learn more i will try and post it for other to try and help them as well.

i too experience the shadow people as well, i have been suffering from sleep paralysis for some 12 years now, and everytime it happens, laying in bed when i cannot move but am completly awake and aware,,,i see these shadow figures around me, walking around moving about!! sometimes they whisper, or will touch me. i do not believe these are demons. I believe they are either entities around at the time when this happens to me (as spirits are around us all the time). Or they are people who are atral traveling, ect!! have they caused me harm!! no not really, just that they scare the hell outta me,,,,whatever ur belief system is,,,thats your weapon!! Sometimes they may be spirits trying to contact you, so if you wait and listen, it wont hurt to try and find out what they want!!! If you believe being baptized will help you, then it will!! Otherwise, try something else u believe may protect you,,and it will!! If you believe and item will offer you protection, then use it,,,when u believe that something will protect you , u transfer your energy to that particular item, object, belief,,,ect. so it will help you then!! but like i said, sometimes if you just listen, or try to communicate with it or them, it may actually help you. U may even have a special "gift"!! Not everything supernatural that happens to you is only a demon or the devil. Try not to be afraid, go with what ur intuition tells you~!

Thank you for your words of advise and encouragement. I never thought of it like that. Usually when i see them i am too scared to listen. Once i did and all they did was touch me. But that particular shadow figure may have been a spirit. And this may be hard to believe. That probably is that i see all the time but not all of them are "good" spirits that i see and feel. Sometimes i get a bad "vibe" and get scared. But the more i try not to get scared the better i react to their presence and go on about my business.

well, sometimes you get scared because u dont understand them or understand what is going on. I know sometimes i get this sense of tremendous fear over me, like there is something evil or bad standing around in my bedroom!! Thats when i do panick sometimes, and break out of the paralysis because i am too scared to just lay there and let whatever happen,,happen!! I will explain....since i was a child, i would constantly wake up or just on falling asleep,,,,feel a wave of pressure engulf my body,,and then i would hear a roaring noise which sounds like the ocean to me,,,then i would go into paralysis,,,i would lay there, unable to move, speak, or anything, but i can hear, see, smell, and feel things. I believe the paralysis is a medical condition to an extent, but i also believe when this happens it opens a doorway to another sense, or a doorway to being able to see and sense different things that you would not be able to sense regularly!! these shadow figures or people are constantly around,,,and they scare me half the time because it seems that when they notice me starring at them , or sometimes i will mentally try and talk to them, they will rush towards me,,sometimes the breath on me, or touch me...once i felt them run something throught my hair, like someone was putting there fingers through it!! i dont believe they will hurt you. I have never been harmed,,,but the parlysis i get is the only time i can see them. and its been happening for 12 years now!! But i do hope i was of some help to you,,,as i am constantly always trying to find answers to my situation
